Levelsite

Privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026

Levelsite is project management software for contractors, run by Levelsite LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details. Name, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), plus the company you belong to and your role.
  • Your company's project data. Projects, tasks, milestones, daily logs, photos, documents, notes, contacts, crew hours and pay rates, costs, receipts, budgets, change orders, invoices and payments. You and your teammates enter this; we store it for you.
  • Information about your clients and subcontractors. Names, contact details and anything they send through a client link or invoice link, such as change order approvals, files and invoices.
  • QuickBooks data, if you connect QuickBooks. The connected company's name and ID, the customers, invoices, products/services, payment methods and payments that Levelsite reads or creates there, and the access tokens Intuit issues.
  • Technical data. A sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and error reports (browser, page and error details) so we can fix problems.

We don't run advertising, use ad trackers, or sell personal information.

How we use it

  • To run Levelsite: show your data to the people in your company whose role allows it, send the emails you ask us to send, and keep your account secure.
  • To sync with QuickBooks when your company connects it: create customers, invoices and payments in your QuickBooks company and bring payments back.
  • To respond to feedback and support requests, and to fix bugs.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Levelsite, each limited to what they need:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage
  • Vercel: hosting
  • Resend: email delivery
  • Sentry: error reports
  • Intuit (QuickBooks): only if your company connects QuickBooks, and only that company's accounting data

We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights. If Levelsite is sold or merged, your data would move to the new owner under this policy.

Who in your company can see what

Your company controls access through roles. Money, pay rates and labor cost are limited to Admins and Project Managers. See the roles guide in Help for details. Client links and invoice links show only what they're built to show, to anyone who has the link, so share them only with the right people.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your company's data while its account is active. An Admin can ask us to delete the company's data, and we'll do it within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep by law. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops all syncing and revokes our access; invoices and payments already sent stay in your QuickBooks company.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role at the database level. QuickBooks tokens are encrypted separately and only our servers can read them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects them.

Your choices

You can view and correct your own profile in the app. To get a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, email leveepm.182@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Levelsite is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell Admins in the app or by email.
