Levelsite

Terms of use

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Levelsite LLC ("we") and the company that uses Levelsite ("you"), including everyone you invite. By creating an account or using Levelsite, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Keep sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your company's account, including what teammates you invite do.
  • Admins decide who joins and what role they have. Remove people who shouldn't have access anymore.
  • Give accurate information, and tell us at leveepm.182@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.

Your data

  • Your company owns the data it puts into Levelsite. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including information about your clients, crew and subcontractors, and for telling them how it's used where the law requires.
  • Client links and invoice links can be opened by anyone who has them. Share them carefully, and turn them off or reset them if they get into the wrong hands.

Acceptable use

Don't use Levelsite to break the law, upload malware, try to get into other companies' data, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our permission.

QuickBooks and other services

If you connect QuickBooks, Levelsite creates customers, invoices and payments in the QuickBooks company you choose, and reads payments back. You authorize that by connecting, and you can disconnect at any time. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's terms. You're responsible for reviewing what's sent to your books, including tax settings and the product/service used. We're not responsible for outages or changes on Intuit's side.

Fees

Levelsite is currently provided in beta. If we start charging, we'll tell you the price in advance, and you can stop using Levelsite before any charge applies.

Changes and availability

We're improving Levelsite constantly, so features will change. We aim for it to be available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be up or error-free. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose, such as contracts and financial records.

Ending your use

You can stop using Levelsite at any time and ask us to delete your company's data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Disclaimers

Levelsite is provided "as is". It's a tool to help run your business, not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Levelsite is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell Admins in the app or by email. Using Levelsite after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA.
